As a wholesale sourcing partner, our refund and return policies differ from standard retail. Please read the following carefully before placing an order.

1. Bulk Orders

All bulk orders placed through our service are non-cancellable once confirmed with the manufacturer. A partial or full payment may be required to initiate production, and this amount is non-refundable once production has started.

2. Defective or Damaged Goods

In the rare event that products arrive defective or damaged, we will assist you in coordinating with the manufacturer for resolution. Claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photographs. Resolution may include replacement or credit, at the manufacturer's discretion.

3. Quality Discrepancies

We strongly recommend requesting physical samples before placing bulk orders. Claims regarding color, material, or finish variations that fall within acceptable industry tolerances will not be considered grounds for refund.

4. Order Changes

Any changes to an order (sizes, quantities, styles) must be communicated before production begins. Once production is underway, changes may not be possible.

5. Dispute Resolution

We will mediate in good faith between the buyer and manufacturer to resolve any disputes. However, the final decision on refunds or replacements rests with the manufacturer. Our role is to facilitate, not guarantee, outcomes.
